WE DON'T CURATE VISIBILITY.
WE CURATE TRUST.

THE HOUSEHOLDS
Dual-income households. Design-conscious. Already spending on premium home services, private education, and discretionary luxury.
These are residents who value quality, trust recommendations, and are always open to discovering one more exceptional provider.
This is not mass exposure.
It is aligned visibility within a concentrated, high-intent audience.

Is this paid advertising?
No. We don’t sell ad space. Underwriting supports the creation and distribution of each edition, but inclusion is determined independently through our selection process. If a business is featured, it earned its place.
Can a competitor be featured next to me?
No. Each category is limited to one partner per edition. Your business is presented without direct competition, as part of a carefully considered shortlist.
Do you guarantee leads or ROI?
No. We don’t promise outcomes. We provide thoughtful placement within a highly aligned audience, along with visibility that reflects the standard your business already meets.
Can businesses ask to be considered?
One of One is invitation-only — we reach out to businesses we've identified through our own evaluation process. That process is often informed by the community. Residents can nominate a business they believe meets our standard through the resident-facing site, and every nomination is reviewed. Selection remains limited and is never guaranteed — but a strong community nomination is exactly how a business gets on our radar.
Will there be opportunities beyond the editorial card?
Possibly. As the platform evolves, select partners may be invited to participate in additional initiatives aligned with the One of One community. These are introduced selectively and over time.
Why a postcard instead of social media or digital advertising?
Digital advertising competes for attention in the most crowded, skeptical environment ever created. The average person receives over 100 emails per day. Social feeds are saturated with sponsored content. Display ads are ignored by 86% of consumers. Physical mail is different — and the data says so. Direct mail carries a 91% open rate compared to 20–30% for email. The average piece is kept in a home for 17 days. Consumers spend 45% longer engaging with physical mail than digital ads. Among high-income households specifically, 65% report feeling overwhelmed by digital brand messages — making physical mail not just more effective, but more welcome. One of One isn't a mailer. It's an editorial object. The format signals restraint, which signals quality, which signals to the right resident that what they're holding is worth their attention. That's something no algorithm can replicate.
